RETURN POLICY • IN-STORE PICK UP
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from On The Runway, we will gladly do an exchange within 7 days upon receiving your purchase (14 days outside of California) accompanied with your purchase order. At this time we do not offer refunds. All tags MUST be attached and all items MUST be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost for returned items and will not be refunded by On The Runway. A 20% restocking fee will apply to items not being exchanged for the same item or being returned for a store credit. All sales are final on accessories, undergarments, or sale/clearance items or any discounted item(s) or purchase. Items purchased online, may be returned in-store. Please select the appropriate reason code next to each item being returned on your purchase order. When choosing a carrier service for return shipping, please choose one that provides tracking info, as On The Runway are not liable for returned items not received.
Please allow 7-10 days from the time of shipping your returned item(s), for your return to be processed.

If you would like to pick your purchase up in-store, please be sure to call On the Runway at 510-842-3898 and notify us of this shipping option once you've completed your purchase. Your shipping cost will be refunded at the time of pick-up. If your purchase is not picked up 3 days after your order is placed we will ship your items to the shipping address provided
